Crock Pot Port Roast with Saurkraut and Apples 
Slow Cooker Bacon and Chicken with a side of broccoli
Slow Cooker Pulled Pork and Veggies (sub carrots for turnips, NO red pepper flakes)
Homemade Burgers and Shoestring Sweet Potato Fries (double or triple the fries)
Carrot and Sweet Potato "Chili" (double this, make it early in the week for easy reheating)
