Febuuuuuuurary

Breakfasts:

Huevos Rancheros and juice! (I have a juicer! LOVE it! The kids pick what goes into their juices, and it is a win-win!)
Apple Muffins and scrambled eggs
Veggie eggs! I make these but do not put them in tortillas. We just have the veggie-eggs!
"Cereal!" We cut up fresh fruit of choice, and top it with some unsweetened shredded coconut and a few shakes of some slivered almonds and then pour on a little coconut milk. It is fast, and something about the crunch and milk gives the impression of cereal- without it having all that junk that comes with cereals!
Baked Oatmeal- not paleo, but a family favorite!



Lunch:
Alaskan Salmon Salad
Leftover Chicken and sun-dried tomato dressing salad
Leftover beef stew over kale



Dinners:

Spice Rubbed chicken and salad
Red Curry Beef Stew over kale
Salmon cakes over cabbage
Steak Skewers and pear salad
Breaded baked chicken and veggies
Pecan-crusted chicken and salad
Meatloaf and steamed veggies with potatoes
