  • Wraps (and Sandwich for Kurt)
  • White Chicken Chili
Monday:
  • Oatmeal
  • Bean Quesadillas + pineapple
  • Nachos (Ground Beef, onion, black beans, chopped lettuce, salsa, avocado)
Tuesday:
  • Eggs and Hashbrowns
  • Wraps (sandwiches for visitors)
  • Egg, bean, and kale soup, with biscuits 
Wednesday:
  • Eggs and Parfaits 
  • Pea Soup and Biscuits 
  • Slow Cooker Curry with Jasmine Rice
Thursday:
  • Steel Cut Oats in crockpot, with brown sugar and raisins (or maple syrup)
  • Wraps
  • Crockpot Pizza Chicken over noodles, and salads

Crock Pot Port Roast with Saurkraut and Apples 
Slow Cooker Bacon and Chicken with a side of broccoli
Slow Cooker Pulled Pork and Veggies (sub carrots for turnips, NO red pepper flakes)
Homemade Burgers and Shoestring Sweet Potato Fries (double or triple the fries)
Carrot and Sweet Potato "Chili" (double this, make it early in the week for easy reheating)
